Absolutely disgraceful! Can't get anyone to pick up a phone what so ever, just rings and rings then hangs up on you. Not sure how they can lose mail going from one place in Bismarck to another but they manage to do it.

I have called 4 times. No one knows how to answer a damn phone in this place. They don’t even deserve this one star.
