“My wife and I are on a cross country bike ride. We’re about 1,500 miles into it and needed some maintenance work on both bikes. We had experienced great service from the Scheels in Great Falls, Montana so as we pulled into Bismarck, we made a beeline to this store. Wow! What a great store ?! They serviced both bikes right away for us, on a Sunday afternoon, when every other bike store in town is closed. They replaced our chains and a few other repairs in about an hour. While we waited, many of the employees came up and talked to us, asking about our trip, making us feel like celebrities! By the time we left we felt like we were part of the Scheels family, they were all so welcoming and friendly! A great store staffed by great people!!!”
