“I was having a very bad experience with a tow truck company in the area (Maas euro worx) and I had to call Dakota towing to help me rectify the situation. They sent Willians to come grab my car and he was a true godsend. Very professional and quick. He ended up suggesting a mechanic for me to take my car to. And the mechanic ended up fixing my car in about 30min and a very suitable fee. Truly would not have been able to continue my journey with him coming to help me out.”

“I was in need of a trailer due to a breakdown. I did an Internet search from Van Hook travel stop and found several trailers for sale at competitive prices. I contacted the business and the ladies were very helpful. I drove to Bismarck and was able to pick up the trailer I needed in the same day. My contractor won’t even know I had a breakdown thanks to LSI Truck Sales. Keep up the great work and I’m looking forward to my next purchase soon.”

“We are on our family vacation and blew a tire just outside of Bismarck. It’s July 3 so we called hoping to get help, but knowing that it might not get done due to the holiday. We were incredibly happy and pleasantly surprised with not only exceptional customer service, but also in how quick and efficient they were getting our tire replaced and us back out onto the road. I highly suggest using Northwest tire for all your tire repair needs and ask for Al Christian, He is the best to work with! Friendly, quality service, really nice lounge & store to wait while they work.”

“I was on a road trip and had some problems just outside of town. I brought my car here and just walked in to explain what was happening. They got my car in and had it fixed in about 2 hours. They didn't have to accommodate me, but they did and saved my day!”
