“We had been traveling and had an issue with our GMC Yukon. It was a Friday night in Killdeer, ND. We went to Charbonneau GMC in Dickinson ND, Saturday morning. Both Ashley the receptionist assisted us with getting Kass Dvorak the sales manager. Kass, having no technicians available made several calls looking for available automotive technicians at several locations. He was finally able to contact his fellow service technician Gavin Robbie at Charbonneau Chrysler who got us in for the necessary service and repairs!! Lady who was helping me didn’t hide her frustration and annoyance with me and had a tad bit of and attitude but I’m sure she would deny it even though I just needed some push clips for my fusion but I know she wanted me to leave because she wanted me to hurry up and speed things up and stop asking her questions that weren’t going to last nothing but 10 minutes
I’m sorry I’m trying to look for a Parts and get them all at the same time, instead of trying to get Parts and then try to put them on and then have them not fit so I was trying to get Parts that would fit at the same time I was there. I wouldn’t have to deal with running back-and-forth into the store.”

“NW Tires broke a stud, claimed to fix it, charged me full price for it even tho theyre the ones who broke it. 2 weeks later came to Walmart for new tires, only to find out that NW in fact didnt even fix the stud they charged me for. Walmart had it fixed on their dime, got me a great set of tires for an even better price. I'll be coming back to them for now on”
