“I went in for a new phone and expected what I knew as the norm for the store. Wait for quite some time and when it was my turn it would always take 1.5-2hrs to do anything. This time, they were still seeing other customers but Deontae stopped to say hi and let me know they would be with me shortly. That has never happened before and it let me know that they see me. When it was my turn the 1st thing that was done was to check my plan and I’m glad he did. My military discount was not applied. We squared that way. Next was the whole new cell bit. That usually took an hour or more. It only took about 45min total to check/update my plan and get my new phone.
