“We were on our way back to Michigan from a road trip out west when we realised our rear tires were ruined do to a terrible alignment job performed before leaving for our trip. We called and showed up 30 min before closing without appointments. They replaced our tires and performed the alignment to get us back on the road. They stayed over an hour after closing to complete the job. This was an amazing experience that saved our trip and allowed us to get home safely.”

“Stressful to discover a tire with a slow leak on our vacation. Big Horn Tire found and patched our tire in about 30 minutes to get us back on the road. Reasonable price, friendly and quick service. Thank you!”

“I had a great experience here. I stopped by while traveling because I needed two new tires. The team helped me right away, recommended the right tires, brought them out quickly, and installed everything without any waiting. The entire process took about 30 minutes, which was very impressive. I really appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service. Thank you!”

“Greeted immediately with a positive welcome. Was in a pinch as I had a flat and needed to get to Bismarck for meetings. ‘Can you help me right away?’ ‘Yup, no problem let’s just get some information and Ill get you right in.’ Breath of fresh air from the previous ‘oilfield attitude’ from a nearby competitor. Thanks for the same positive experience I receive at you Minot location, Allen!”
“Jon, Reece and Andrew thank you for an excellent experience. I had the tire, it was an easy in and easy out and they zip tied a plastic shroud that had fallen down until I get it fixed. All the other places in Dickinson should take a stop through and learn a thing or two about how you service customers. There are more than a few places in town, LOCAL GOOD OL DICKINSON BOYS that I won't name to keep this professional and positive. I will absolutely be back.”

“I couldn't have asked for better technician than Dave. He wasn't able to fix/change my flat tire because it was too damaged and my tire size wasn't available for a swap. But he made time to see me during his busy schedule and even offered to help me at a later date when order my obsolete tire size and come back ??”

“The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers.”

“Gilly's Auto and Tire Center is the best place in town for tires. Great customer service and attention to detail. I use them for all my tire needs and they do oil changes too!”
