“We were on our way back to Michigan from a road trip out west when we realised our rear tires were ruined do to a terrible alignment job performed before leaving for our trip. We called and showed up 30 min before closing without appointments. They replaced our tires and performed the alignment to get us back on the road. They stayed over an hour after closing to complete the job. This was an amazing experience that saved our trip and allowed us to get home safely.”

“The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers.”

But he made time to see me during his busy schedule and even offered to help me at a later date when order my obsolete tire size and come back ??”
