“we had a flat tire on a 107 degree day. he dropped us off at walmart as it was a sunday. when walmart would not help us until the next day. He offered his shop to install the tire if we bought it at walmart. he also gave us a snack and some water. I would highly recommend him for any towing needs. “Cordell and Joe went above and beyond the call of duty. Our motorhome broke down in Medora SD. They sent Joe (mobile mechanic) to try to fix it. When he couldn’t, Cordell came and towed it to the nearest Freightliner about 150 miles away.”

“North Dakota wind vs. EV battery. The wind won. It shredded my range and left me totally dead on the I-94 off-ramp exactly 1,000 feet from the charger. Incredible timing.
Called Jeff. He showed up fast, didn't make fun of my very expensive driveway ornament, and got me sorted. Friendly, kind, and relentlessly positive while I was sitting there questioning my life choices. 10/10. Highly recommend.”
