If I could rate zero stars I would! Yesterday while attempting to mail boxes the clerk let one fall off the counter resulting in it busting open of course she didn’t not apologize but instead proceeded to tell me Dickinson distribution center will be even rougher & if something happens to my box it’s not on her. The other box wasn’t weighed right she refused to accept it stating it was over 70 lbs I told her it was not & asked if she could weigh it again she did not. I took that same box to ups it weighed 61 lbs. although the post office shipping rates are cheaper I will never use their service at this location. her negative demeanor & dismissive attitude showed me she didn’t want to do her job.

I wish I can give them a no-star because I live on 52nd Street Southwest and my postal worker is very lazy have to pay shipping to go pick it up in town doesn't make sense to me My mailbox is not even that far away from my house and she didn't want to drop it off so she's forcing me to pick it up went to go pick it up they told me there's nothing they can do about it so I wasted my gas to come in town to have to go back into town tomorrow this post office here is a joke she told me if the mailbox was 5 mi away from the house they won't deliver it to the front door My mailbox is not even a quarter mile away from my house I can see my mailbox from my house it's sad when people get paid to be lazy

I set up a customer pickup redeliver so I could make sure my kids got their xmas presents for xmas and they put all my stuff back on the truck knowing they can't deliver it because it's too large. Then i was told they don't even check the redeliver instructions. They don't care and refuse to help in anyway, not even a message to the driver to leave them at the door. She wouldn't even check the tracking number or pickup number. Just a warning to you all about their pickup service

Very terrible delivery to my home I liv about 1 mile from the post office i get 2 to 3 days shipping and it takes 4 to 6 days

Who ever drives the route near Applebee's and Arby's around 6-7 pm please stop throwing my packages and putting them in front of the front door you are blocking customers from coming into the store.

They have repeatedly refused to give us our mail and told us lies as to why they couldn't give it to us. We were showing her she was wrong and she just kept ignoring us and wouldn't give us our mail
Edit: Same thing happened again! This post office is an absolute joke. I'm tired of paying shipping on items that they literally have at my door and refuse to give to me unless I pay them extra. Every single employee I have met that works at this post office deserves to be fired

They don't deserve a star at all. They do not do their job. I moved here a month ago and ANY package I have ordered through any company or had forwarded They keep because the carrier for our route is too lazy to do their job. Marks every package I have ordered as incomplete due to: 1. Failure to leave in a secure area. 2. Verify/Confirm address. I can't believe this staff calls themselves a post office. They are by far the worst I have dealt with in my lifetime.

Don’t receive the packages I ordered till god knows when I was supposed to get it!!! Whenever they decide to deliver it!!!
