Only had to rent for a month, but both of the representatives I talked to were SO friendly and made renting one so smooth. I even was able to go look at a few units before hand to determine which size I actually wanted. the units were clean, and easily accessible as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Needed storage quick to help with a move. Registered online and that only took a few minutes. Before I knew it, I was unloading a trailer a few hours later. Nice space and easy access.

Very simple process to get a storage unit, everything done online. Received unique access code, my belongings remained secure, dry and undamaged. Would definitely recommend!

I rented a 10x10 unit, which I had a good price for it. Glad it was in a gated secure area. Location was near by. If needed to get a storage unit again, would certainly go back to Five Star.

It was great was able to rent and move in the same day! Reasonable priced.Only "complaint" was it was a little dusty/outside debris in unit.But that was because it's a non-weather protected and I figured that would be the case

Reasonable, clean and you get to use a trailer for free for a day and then its only $25 a day after that!
