Well if I could score them at a 0 I would ! I never got the right mattress and when I complain about the box spring they decided not to do business with me because of a review I made! Which I doubt is true because as I read others ones here they are worse than what I said ! They also removed my review off of here! When I pay alot of money for something who ever it is from I want new not used and I believe the stuff was used and they got mad at me because I checked them for giving me used stuff when I asked for new ! If a box spring has ripes on the side underneath and in the corners it isn't new ! And that's why they didn't want to do business with me period that is why I got my review deleted nit because of the review because I check aaron for teying to sell me used furniture

I was a customer for 10 plus years and they threw it out the window bought my first house didnt own it for more then 6 hours got my sofa and they damaged my home and are dragging there feet on a resolution done everything they asked got them an estimate gave back there product and now still no resolution still have a damaged home. No call back no communication. I would strongly recommend not going through aarons.

Paid off about 14 products. Towards the end they really showed there teeth. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

All the staff are dedicated and work hard to find the best deals for everyone! They have updated furniture and electronics with a ps5 and refrigerated coffee table! Definitely check them out 😊

I just spoke with errands this morning, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. Not only was he able to explain how the process worked, but when I go in there next week to fill out paperwork, they are willing to do that with me as I am, someone who is totally blind and does not read print. so I thank you errands off 13th Ave. by the cash for your excellent customer service.

They charge wrong amounts all the time and the math they do never adds up. Some people that are late get late fees and some don't. They send people to your house when they aren't suppose to saying that you don't communicate after you were Just on the phone with them. They have poor customer service.

My Grandsons Xbox Series got stollen in the hallway as we were moving out and had to call the Cops because of the Maintenance guy at Goldmark so they gave us 15 minutes to get it all in the hallway! I was paying for the Insurance on it and now Aaron's is saying since it was in the hallway they can't do anything about it which I wanna know since I have a Police Report why????? I am a older woman on a fixed Income and have Kinship of my Grandkids and my Grandson has lost his Grandpa whom he was VERY CLOSE to and we lost him to Suicide and my Grandkids don't have they're Parents all they have is me so I feel like I have let them down too! Aaron's does not have a heart so go elsewhere!! If I would have known this I would have NEVER got the Insurance I was paying a arm and leg on!! I know once this goes to Court we will get Justice and maybe more for the heartache they have caused this Family!!

Not the same company it was 2012. Fast talkers. Pay attention to every detail. Money gets added after everything is delivered mine was delivered an hour n a half later then was arranged.

They refuse to refund money and or return what I rented from them when they had an error in their system so I couldn't make a payment so they come and take away the rented item for non payment. When I told them their system was down online so I couldn't make a payment online and I don't have any other way to do it they said it's not our problem but we need a payment. I was in the hospital for 2 months and promised to make a payment July 14th and I tried but the system didn't let me and that's what I told them and they said if I don't return the item for non payment they would report it stolen. Might I mention again I TRIED TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE but they were very rude. Kyle Miller, Jacy Todd in Fargo ND very rude and not helpful. Just want my money back.

Purchase a 65in TV with a stand after less than 1 month of having it the screws got really loose it almost seemed like they just put it together fingertight and did not bother to tighten all the screws I told the manager about it he said he would make sure people the one putting it together in the future tighten all the screws but when my roommate purchased a unit the exact same standard line he's also very loose it is almost as if they wish something would happen so they can hold you responsible
