Not the same company it was 2012. Fast talkers. Pay attention to every detail. Money gets added after everything is delivered mine was delivered an hour n a half later then was arranged.

They refuse to refund money and or return what I rented from them when they had an error in their system so I couldn't make a payment so they come and take away the rented item for non payment. When I told them their system was down online so I couldn't make a payment online and I don't have any other way to do it they said it's not our problem but we need a payment. I was in the hospital for 2 months and promised to make a payment July 14th and I tried but the system didn't let me and that's what I told them and they said if I don't return the item for non payment they would report it stolen. Might I mention again I TRIED TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE but they were very rude. Kyle Miller, Jacy Todd in Fargo ND very rude and not helpful. Just want my money back.

Purchase a 65in TV with a stand after less than 1 month of having it the screws got really loose it almost seemed like they just put it together fingertight and did not bother to tighten all the screws I told the manager about it he said he would make sure people the one putting it together in the future tighten all the screws but when my roommate purchased a unit the exact same standard line he's also very loose it is almost as if they wish something would happen so they can hold you responsible

Aarons had a big worker come to my door that wouldn't leave when asked to multiple times, insisted I took a phone call with his boss on someone else's behalf on HIS phone. When I said no because it's not my business and I have small children inside I needed to watch, he walked out of my yard and came back with an even bigger guy and insisted I took the phone call. I shut and double locked the door and the bigger guy stood there knocking and tried my door knob. Would not leave until I let my personal protection dutch shepherd out of his kennel to go at the locked door. I have severe PTSD from past traumatic experiences and I truly believed if they got in they were going to hurt me. I'm also a very small 5'4 woman. All because someone else's order was mistakenly put under my husbands name which my husband asked them to fix months ago - it wasnt even for us. I'm appalled this is how you conduct your business and attempt to contact people.

Renting from Aaron's Fargo,ND store was the worst decision I ever made. Rude, Disrespectful, and Talks over you. ESPECIALLY THE GENERAL MANAGER KYLE.Dont waiste your time stopping in. They add fees on top of fees and charge you for coming out to your house uninvited.Just out ridiculous

Rented from them for close to 10 years. In the beginning it was a wonderful experience. I paid off 10-16 items and they professional and courteous. I realize that we all need help within the workforce but it seemed they lowered the bar. Buyer beware!

We have been going through Aarons for about 2 years now and won't go to any other place! They are all exceptional but Kyle is one of the best managers and hands down the best when it comes to customer service!

So I first wrote a review I n a couch that I bought from Aaron's in Fargo Nd on July 8th. The couch I bought broke after less then a month of buying it. Instead of leasing it I paid for the couch in full 4 days after delivery. I reached out to let to let them know the springs had broke. They send it out for repairs. So 2 weeks without a couch in my living room I finally get it back. The fist day of having it I knew it wasn't fixed springs were still broken. I contacted the store manager and also Aaron's directly. I then received a call from the regional manager that informed me I was not able to get a refund. He said " Hey at least we are not screwing you" We need to talk to the company we bought the couch from and we will replace it. A week go's by haven't heard anything. Then was told I refused a replacement couch( I never refused one why would I want to keep a broken one I paid over a 1000 dollars for?) They then told me to reach back out to the local store, I did then was told they would send a message to the regional manager. Another week go's by still haven't heard anything. Then was told in messenger they would have someone reach out to me. So now it has been almost a month since I got a broken couch back. Aaron's is not doing anything it seems to resolve this. Do not buy or lease anything from this company. They don't care how hard you work for your money, they also do not stand behind the products they sell. My next step is to picket the store. They think people will just stand by silently until they have worn you down. I work very hard for my money I am not going down quietly and will not stand for being ignored or pushed a side. I worked with Chase tonight on a chaise couch with an ottoman and new TV stand. He was fantastic! Answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you so much chase!! What a Great experience! Definitely would recommend
