There is only one person at this store that knows how to do her job and the people here will constantly be in innappropriate attitudes and make very non professional remarks towards customers in the store and people on the phone.

Terrible management. They truly don’t care about employees or customers. They will hire anybody, no matter what level of automotive knowledge they may or may not have. They refuse to pay more than $11/hour, attracting the type of people who work for $11/hour. No one has any idea what they’re doing, especially the management. You will more than likely have to do their job for them if you ask them what anything more than oil and wiper blades are. Why shop here when you could go to any of the other better parts stores in the area?

Update yours hours to what your hours actually are.I've complained to corporate. I've complained to the bots on facebook. Corporate kicks it back to the store and here we are a month later and still no update on hours. Truly pathetic.

Great service, great people! I went in needing a new battery and walked out a happy customer. They weren't able to install it for me due to the placement of it but offered up a couple places nearby that would for a cheap price. A few hours later, I returned for the core battery refund, which paid 75% of the cost to install it at the dealership. Easy in and out, would easily recommend this location.

I was in need of a battery and so was 80% of the community after the cold snap set in. The gentlemen working at Advanced Auto Parts on Main Ave were kind and super helpful. They not only got me a great battery with a 3 year warranty but they also installed it for free!! Definitely recommend them!

They had the right part I needed and for way less money than their competitor's price. I will tell my friends and family to consider Advance Auto Parts for the right part and price for less money.
