About Alsager Meats
We’re a 5th-generation ranching family based just outside of Walcott, North Dakota. What started on the prairie has grown into four locations and counting — with shops in Fargo, Breckenridge, and our full-service butcher shop in Audubon, Minnesota. At Alsager Meats, we’re proud to raise and process premium-quality beef the right way: locally, honestly, and with a whole lot of heart.

Picked up a arm roast and a ham for the Easter weekend. The roast worked perfectly for the recipe we had and the ham is amazing! Had planned on the whole family being around, but the weather kept them away. We've got ham for days now, and that's fine with us! Excellent meat and very helpful staff.

This is a fantastic store. I really enjoy getting the various different meat sticks here, but they also have fantastic steak, loins, ribs, and other treats, including potato lefsa.
