On Google reviews, the owner has previously stated:
"As a company, we strive to show our care in every project that we take on."
I told the installers this was unacceptable. I emailed my salesperson the same.
In my opinion, for $580 I expect better than this, and (again, my opinion) believe any reasonable person would as well.

Disaster from the beginning on a simple window glass replacement. Wrong measurements, lack of communication, scheduling issues, ordering issues. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but no one knew what was going on the 4 months it ended up taking to replace one piece of glass

I am a former employee of 23 years and I know that Fargo Glass & Paint cares deeply for their customers and do their very best to satisfy their customers. I also know that they have an experienced staff that knows very well what they are doing. when it comes to quality they raise the bar. I have nothing to gain by saying these things as I actually work for a competitor of theirs now, I tell you this because I know the staff and the expectations of the company having worked there for 23 years. They can be trusted for quality and experience.
