I had a very disappointing experience with this draw site. When I called with a simple question about Ulta Lab Tests, the staff member was immediately rude, raised her voice, and cut me off instead of providing any clarification. All I wanted to know was whether Any Lab can view and download lab requisitions from Ulta Lab Tests. This lack of professionalism, combined with similar negative experiences I’ve heard from others, makes me unable to recommend this facility to anyone.

People should not be treated with disrespect. The owner has no sense of respect to any person on the other side of the counter, he will yell at you without a greeting. No manners what so ever. These people will take your money and treat you horribly. My doctor sent out for blood test for me, when I went there they were unorganized and the man started again in a loud voice to his nurse and they both were scrambling to find my papers for the blood test. Very disorganized desk and papers all over.

I was there 3 times twice in the morning and once in the afternoon, the staff are professional, cordial and friendly,in and out in ten minutes or less on Tuesday

The two people that work here seem extremely unpleasant :) the man gives me a weird face when I ask for my ID back and rolls his eyes as he throws my ID back on the counter instead of handing it back to me as my hand is right there. Try a course in customer service :) if you are the owner, do better.

Listen, this isn't a social hour. Have your documents ready and know what you need. The phlebotomist was very friendly to me and the guy working the front desk got me in and out in no time. I see all these reviews on here, half of the complaints don't make sense, it's not a surgical facility. Just because people don't talk your ear off doesn't mean they're being rude and unprofessional. There's lots of people to see and seeing the patient is only a small portion of what they do. I would definitely go here again. Thank you to the staff. Sorry so many people are so soft and easily offended. I drove 3 hours to get there and just wanted to get in and out and that's exactly what happened. Exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was polite. I read reviews and was a little worried, but I didn't want to go to the doctor. The doctor's office won't run tests unless you've tried other things first and by the time they think it's needed it's too late. SO I tried this place. It was quick, painless, and the two staff members I encountered were friendly to me and the other client in the room. I would recommend to anyone.

I visited on 11/22/22 at 3:00 PM. Unprofessional and rude staff. The woman was wearing bright blue scrubs with shoulder length red/brown hair. She took one look at my document with instructions from a healthcare organization to obtain a drug screen and stated she couldn’t help me here. I had orders to come here. She told me directions on how to get to another facility as if I was incompetent. She was also assisting another woman, with a clear language barrier, and was also treating her with the same disrespect. I asked her to update their services online if they cannot assist with new hire drug screens for healthcare staff, she rolled her eyes and said “it doesn’t matter how many times she calls, they keep getting them.” Terrible customer service. Please do a better job outlining services so others do not waste their time. I suggest a staff in-service on basic customer service skills.

I was worried about all the reviews, but these are just no BS, down-to-business folks trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you're a chit-chatter, I can see how you would think this demeanor is rude. As someone with stuff to do, I appreciated them. I was a walk-in for a blood test and they got me in and out under 15 minutes. Thanks!

Highly unprofessional, unsanitary and inappropriate. The woman that performed my blood draw did not wash or sanitize her hands prior to attempting to start the procedure; when I asked her to re-sanitize my arm after she touched it with her dirty bare hand, she rolled her eyes at me and told me she used hand sanitizer - which she had not. She put her other glove on (without washing or sanitizing her hands) and set up to start the draw again. She missed my vein and proceeded to dig around to find a vein. It was by far the worst bloodwork experience I've ever had.
