I particularly like working with Aaron as he is knowledgeable without bragging about it. But all the staff make you feel at home from the get-go and are easy to work with. I wouldn’t go to any other AT&T store in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Went in to get my sim setup on my phone and switch over to Firstnet. Had issues getting it working and had the pleasure of working with Dominic. He followed up throughout the week and into the next week trying to get my account squared away. Finally got it figured out today! He went above and beyond and can’t thank him enough.

Whenever I know I have a more complicated issue I always go to the 13th avenue store. My last visit was no different and they took care of my issue in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend

One of the best cellular stores I have been to in the Fargo Moorhead area. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Ariana was the one that worked with me on my upgrade. She was very thorough and detailed, laid out the price of the plan in front of me. It seems that the staff here really do care about their customers. One thing that amazed me is when I was walking out they held the door open for me, you don't see much of that anymore.

This main At&t company store is where I've bought my last 3 phones. The people who work there are very helpful when you have questions or have problems with your phone later. ?

Went to AT&T today with several issues on my bill that needed to be resolved. Adrian helped me with every single one and went above and beyond to help me solve issues with any problem I had. Adrian provided the best customer service I have received from any business. Will be coming back to this AT&T and to Adrian for any of my AT&T problems ever.

I would rate negative stars if possible. The most incompetent staff ever at any phone store in history. Absolutely do not trust the staff here. Two managers failed at resolving an issue they created with their lack of knowledge and job competencies. They promised to call me within 48 hours to resolve their mistakes. They never did. They failed to set up a new phone service. Failed to fix it. Failed to provide any customer service support. Just a complete failure and waste of my limited time. Get it together AT&T.
