Had a parking lot door dent in my new pickup. Took it to 2 other places for an estimate before coming to Baileys. The first estimate was $425 and the second was over $1800 including a lot of painting. Took it to Baileys and their estimate was about $225. They did say they couldn’t guarantee I wouldn’t see the mark in the paint but would do their best to buff it out. The dent was unnoticeable when they got done and no paint damage. Highly recommend. Good to work with, got it repaired within a couple days and very satisfied with the job

I had a door ding that hit a couple spots on my drivers side back door. it didn't look like it had damaged the paint. I had one estimate for $450 and another at a PDR/Body shop for $1800( they said they had to blend the paint). went to Baileys got an estimate for less than $225 set up an appointment and they finished in less than 3 hours Including wash the vehicle. They said they could not guarantee the stuff would not be noticeable but I really can't see any damage at all. I would recommend this for your first stop on any PDR type body repair

I was looking for a car detailing place that wasn't weeks ahead out in appointments and stumbled upon Bailey's who said they could squeeze me in. That should have been a red flag, but at the time I was happy to get my car cleaned up. It had very visible salt deposits on the floor including some dirt on the mats and seats. I made sure they took a look so they knew what they were getting into and was charged almost $400. Which I thought was okay because I was thinking they would make the interior of my car look and feel brand new.I couldn't be more wrong. After dropping my car off and being dropped off for work. I got a call my car was ready to be picked up. After I paid and before I drove off. I decided to take a look. My car was clearly doused in cleaning chemicals degreaser and what not, but there was still visible dirt in the areas that I specifically pointed out for them to pay extra attention to. I immediately notified them before they left for the day and pointed the mess out. I was given an apology and they promptly took a rag and some degreaser and started cleaning the mat I pointed out. However I saw it was near close and suggested that I come back at a convenient time for remedial cleaning as the individual that was attending to me appeared worried it was near close. I was told to come back tomorrow morning.I came back dropped off my car again pointed out what was missed and what I expected and got dropped off for work. When I got the call it was ready I came back, took a look again and pointed out things that they missed on the mats the and the floor, that I've BEEN pointing out. The individual that was helping me out this time did apologize for the last person who did the detail. That they were inexperienced. I was told that my vehicle was just "worn" and nothing could be done with the floor even with all the chemicals they used. I was told the same thing with the mats. I was also informed that a mat was damaged while they were "cleaning". I was given an apology for the damaged mat and was told I would be contacted again once it arrived in a week. I left and cleaned the undamaged mats I had left myself at home. I'm not saying the chemicals didn't do much they did. They just didn't use any elbow grease to remove the remaining dirt on my mats. Not what I expected to do for the amount of money I paid for a "professional detail". After a week of not hearing anything about my damaged mat, I called and was told it would be an additional week. No follow up by Bailey's I had to call them to find out. I eventually did get my mat though. Definitely will look elsewhere first before going back to Bailey's.Too long didn't read: Friendly staff, accommodating with times and drop offs. Amount paid for service most definitely does not match up to service provided. Look elsewhere first before going to Bailey's for detail needs.Edit: I requested additional services: left and right seat removal. Which brought me to $385. The detail itself was $300.Entire floor is not worn out. Areas around the pedals are. When I pointed out the dirty areas missed, I was told they did what they could do. I did not say I was unsatisfied with the results. I had thought that pointing out the areas missed would have noted that. So that is on me.

Brought my truck here to get fixed after an accident and they did an excellent job! Can't even tell it was damaged. They even cleaned the inside and washed the outside along with fixing my horn for free! Thank you so much bailey's! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I have a collection of motorcycles and spend hours keeping them in "as new" condition. When one particularly rare bike fell off of its stand on onto the side in my garage it sustained a very obvious dent in the fuel tank. The dent occurred in an area that had graphics on top of the paint and then was clear coated so standard repairs were impossible as the graphics are no longer available. I went to Kevin at Bailey's PDR and was told he would give it a try. WOW...He did so well that I CANNOT see where the dent was and the finish was left beautifully intact. After Kevin gave me a tour of his entire facility and explained all that they do there I was totally impressed. From PDR to perfect detailing, body work and painting....they do it ALL. I strongly urge anyone that wants to insist on a perfect job of having their vehicle kept looking totally perfect give Kevin Bailey a call or stop on in. You will never be sorry that you chose Bailey's PDR. I am sure happy that I took the time to go there. I will now bring everything to them..!!!Service: Body & Trim

When I first saw my door ding on my Bronco, I was so mad. I purposely park WAY out of my way in parking lots to avoid this, but I guess it was my turn. Asking around, there were 2 places people always mentioned for paintless dent repair. I went with Bailey’s, mostly due to the professionalism I received when I went in for the quote, and am so glad I did! They worked their magic and when it was done, I honestly cannot even see where it was! It’s crazy! Awesome job! I will recommend Bailey’s to everyone that needs PDR!Service: Body & Trim
