I’m using my wife’s account since I don’t have one. But I went into Verizon today to get a new phone, and a gentleman named Jordan helped me. I couldn’t be more pleased with him! He was friendly, informative, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want to. I would highly reccomend this store again and to ask Jordan to help you out. Top notch!

Absolutely great service by Tyler. I needed the the southern hemisphere dongle for my Australian made Nokia 3310. I needed more dedicated RAM to run Pong at 144pfs, and now my device works like a dream!

If you want a positive experience getting a new phone, stop by this location and talk to Bill. He is knowledgeable about options and incentives and takes the time to answer questions so you leave knowing you got the best deal possible. The manager backs up the sales people and expedites the process any way he can. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this phone store! Alex, the manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and even offered me a water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. His team was also very friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around—I’d definitely recommend coming here

Jordan is absolutely amazing. He was able to work with me was in a price range and find me the best deal for the phone and tablet that I didn't even know I wanted until I got it. I know I needed a phone and I needed something that was within my price range being low-income sucks. And he is straight into the point, no upselling. Cassidy helped me today!! She was amazing, listened to everything I asked and helped out tremendously. She made a stressful situation much better, and made sure I left happy and with a phone that works for me! And is protected. She is an incredible asset to Verizon and I was grateful for the experience. She had a trainee, Hassan with her today, and he was a joy to work with as well.
