Best Buy is a store that offers a generally good shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff. Customers find the store layout easy to navigate and appreciate the availability of assistance from staff members. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help with questions about products, though stock can sometimes be limited, requiring customers to order items or wait for restocks. Parking is easy, and there are plenty of staff members to provide support. However, some challenges have been noted. Occasionally, customers face issues with stock availability or problems with online orders, such as incorrect mailing addresses, which can lead to delays and frustration. Communication during these processes can be confusing, but staff members like Grady and Bobby are praised for their patience and assistance in resolving issues, including tracking orders even on weekends. While the store’s interior maintenance could be improved, the friendly staff helps make up for it. Customers also mention that checkout lines can be a bit slow, and sales staff often push credit card apps and protection plans. Overall, Best Buy provides helpful service but may have occasional stock and organizational issues.
The Verizon specialist lady was super helpful and amazing, I come to this location just for her, I believe her name was Nicole? I’m not sure

I had questions that must have viewed as dismissible because the sales guy was rude and inconsiderate, as well as condescending. Pretty sure next time I'll just order online.

Has a neat warehouse look to it. Like best buy on steroids. Staff have soft skills and are knowledgeable at this one. The guy I talked with helped me find a Bluetooth lapel mic with charging case to connect with my tablet for better live transcribe accuracy.
