Books at a Fifth is a fantastic place to browse for a great deal on used books. It offers a wide selection of books in various genres, divided into easy-to-browse sections, including a notable paranormal romance collection. The prices are great and very reasonable. Customers can buy, trade, or donate books, with the option to receive in-store credit for trade-ins. The store is described as quiet, cute, and awesome, though the building itself is noted as a little cramped. The owner and staff are characterized as really nice, sweet, welcoming, excited to help, and eccentric with strong opinions. The experience is relaxed with no pressure to rush. Many visitors, including those from out of town, highly recommend it and list it as a must-stop shop, rarely leaving empty-handed and planning to return.
The prices are so low, I always find interesting books, and the owner has bern nothing but kind when I’ve been there. If people prefer hand-holding to quirky they should go to Barnes and Noble instead.

Fantastic place to browse. The fact you can donate old books for store credit makes it very easy for me to trade in books ive no plans to read again in exchange for something new. Highly recommend giving them a visit! Make sure you wear a mask though, the building's a little cramped?
