Boss Truck Shop is a great shop and a good, busy place with nice people. The team is professional, courteous, and super friendly. The mechanics are skilled and eager to work, providing great service in diagnostics and repairs, from electrical issues and clutch work to trailer lights. The service manager is respectful and professional. The location is excellent, just off a busy interstate. The shop is clean and they work quickly, completing significant repairs in just a few hours. Prices are very reasonable. However, the garage could use more work with employee training. Being understaffed can create challenges, and without more employees and training, the place could have problems. Despite being always busy, they provide impressive service and are a reliable choice for truck maintenance.
Went in at 0830 for a brake chamber. Written up and pulled in directly. Everyone was friendly, especially the lady at the desk. Repair was done quickly, correctly and at the estimated price. Keep up the good work guys. It’s appreciated.

5 and half hours to replace airbag on trailer. All new techs with no experience. Two managers in office but neither felt like training. Failed to mention no payment over the phone they said corporate did not want signs up

Had a trailer issue and it was about 1630 and they closed at 1700. Shannon & Aden were both AWSOME!! They took care of the issue and stayed after closing time to get me taken care of. You don't see this kind of customer service in the trucking industry any more. Thank you guys
