We originally rented out of Madrid but needed to switch cars at the Faro Airport. We worked with Silvia and Silvia and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They replaced our car quickly (and even though it was a 2008 hahaha). Couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you ladies!!

The car we wanted was available and in great condition. The companies of which Budget is one (four "companies" are really owned by one conglomerate) have one staff member handling both cleaning and check-in/check-out. Would be far more helpful to customers at least to have two people working there. But it's Fargo, so.....

They gave me a premium vehicle for the price of a standard. Beautiful car and fast, friendly service. I highly recommend!
