“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”

“I’d like to send a huge shout out, and thanks, to the folks at Glass Doctor. Last summer on a trip to Montana my windshield got hit by a rock and a big crack happened. Glass Doctor in Bozeman installed a new windshield. Great people and great service from them. But a mystery type film occurred from all of the winter road chemicals here in Fargo. Took it to our local Glass Doctor and they jumped right on the problem. This is where they went above and beyond to fix my windshield. And they did it. No charge. Just super excellent service. Friendly, helpful, and they went out of their way to solve my issues. What an incredible crew. Wow! I highly recommend them.”
