Ordered three pizza's tonight and they messed up one of the pizza's. I came into the store to explain what happened. The male employee told me I had to give them the pizza they messed up and they would give me a coupon, but not a new pizza since they were to busy. I told them if you screw up an order you make it right and they told me to leave before they call the cops. The customer service I experienced at this store was unreal. Both employees working at this store tonight should be terminated as they do not care about their jobs.

Always messes up door dash orders, don't even bother. Ordered a 12 pack of pop and a pizza, only got the pop. Lazy af

Service sucked rude employees. Only one cashier works very slowly at a time. The entrance is too small to form the long lines the service usually stacks up from being slow. Don't sell cigarettes even on truck day only certain brands

So glad this won’t be my local store anymore. They can’t keep the shelves stocked and most of the staff is rude. Check the pic, if your thirsty look elsewhere. Your beverage of choice most likely won’t be in stock. This isn’t a one off. Lived here almost a year and it looks like this all the time.Wow! Keep in mind this store is close to me and that’s why I went back this morning. Some fat woman with a mustache was sitting behind the counter. She WAITED for a customer to get in line and then decided to call her doctor about her Xanax. She proceeded to stop the transaction and argue with the person on the other line. As customers started to pile up the “manager” came out. As I voiced my concerns she walked right past me and ignored my frustration. Due to our poor operating procedures and horrible staff I will never shop at Casey’s again.

Store doesn't always have the most comfortable atmosphere, but the lady working the counter is extremely nice and energetic!

Their restrooms are always awful! Don't count on toilet paper. The floors are filthy The staff is always too busy visiting to go in there. This place really is disgusting.

Praise be to Michael from Casey’s, who with not but a bent rod and a screwdriver saved me from a blizzard when I foolishly locked my keys in my car. When no other locksmiths would answer the call, he did. Good man

Poorly managed. Pumps which do not work are not signed. You get to drive around to find one that works. Employees not concerned.

Your average, chain gas and convienience store. The highlight was the pleasant clerk. She interacted with all customers. She did not delay the process of checking out. However, she did add a smile to my face and seemed sincere in her thanking me for my business.

Store hours say 5 am to 11 pm. I walked 10 blocks in negative-degree weather at 5:30 am to find they weren't open. Came back 40 mins later they still weren't open. Was so mad. I went back the following day at 9:30 PM and they were closed early. I'm walking in the blistering cold and these lazy employees can't ever be on time and consistency close early. At this point, I won't even go there. Instead, I walk an extra 5 blocks to a different store.
