I parked and was visibly struggling to get my knee scooter out of my vehicle. A Casey's employee watched me struggle and when I attempted to make eye contact to ask for help he averted his gaze and walked inside without a word.
As soon as I started hauling my scooter through the door,
I noticed the cashier, a short black woman, was on a call phone talking to someone. She continued to speak to whomever she was conversing with the entire time I was in the store. I went up to check out and she didn't so much as say hello, just scanned my item, waited for me to put in my rewards information and tap to pay, then gave a thumbs up when the payment went through while continuing to talk on the phone. She was just telling the other person she would call them back as I struggled to get their heavy exit door open and get my knee scooter through it. She did not offer to help me nor did any other employees and they did not have an automated door push button. Not ADA friendly at all despite the wheelchair parking.

Stopped to fill my work car in June 2025. Paid at the pump. Did not get a reciept so I went in to get one. Card was skimmed, and then used to buy thousands of $$ of diesel in another state. Won't stop here again.

Gas pumps worked. That's all the good we can say.
Restrooms were locked, even though the store was open for another six hours and we had a small child needing to use the restroom. Went somewhere else for snacks and restrooms. Won't be back to this Casey's.

If minus stars were an option this store would be getting a -⭐!!! Stopped to get gas at 9:20 PM. Posted closing time of 10 PM. The cashier was standing at the register, seen me and my husband walking to the door (as I was going to go in and prepay for my gas) and he proceeded to walk to the door and lock it right in front of me and my husband!! I asked through the door why he was locking the door and if they were closed or closing early and he pretended that he couldn't hear me!! ? Wth Casey's?!?! If this is how you treat ppl then we definitely WON'T be coming back here for gas or anything else for that matter!!!! Very disappointed to say the least ? If your closing times have changed then you need to update it on your website and such.

Came to get gas this morning and at least three pumps in a row were not accepting payment. A customer had approached me asking how to get gas because her card was not working and then the man on the other side of us told us the machines weren’t working because his pump wasn’t working either. I went inside to let the employee know that it was likely a bigger issue after she lectured my friend on how to use the card reader correctly after we had to go inside to pay in advance, claiming the way she inserted the card was incorrect (it wasn’t), and she told me it is due to the machines being old. However the probability of at least three machines in a row going out at the same time due to old age seems a bit odd. Hopefully they can get it together over here! And believe the customers who are actually using the pumps and not just employees standing behind the register!

Gave a couple stars because the employee was cool but 430pm 08/10 and every hot foot item was showing to toss out at 1230. Either they're tagging em wrong, or expect us to eat food that's been sitting out too long.

No sign of life inside the store at 6am I just came here yesterday at the same time they also closed at 7 pm doors where locked and it says they close at 11 this place is weird I don’t know if the workers are slacking off or what

All of the food here was expired by at least an hour. Really disappointed in this Casey's. This company is going down hill big time.

Wish I could give zero stars, or at least half of one. Their gas prices are advertised under what you actually are paying them for. Should be shut down for it, but I'll just stop going here and tell everyone I know to spread the word as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Credit card needs a zip code so if you have a US bank credit card but no zip code you can’t use visa. Went inside to give cash. Went back outside pump wouldn’t work. Waited for a few minutes. Went back inside and was told I can’t get my money back and rudely told to move pumps. We moved pumps and it worked finally. Went inside to buy two red bulls and needed my change from the gas to pay for the redbull and was rudely told I have to do the purchase before I can get my change back. Then they finally could give me change and then I asked for a receipt and was told I
Couldn’t get one. We have been on a 12 day road trip and this is the only gas station to have such a bad aditude and horrible customer service. Avoid this location and spend your money somewhere that wants to do business. We will be thinking twice before choosing a Casey’s again when there are so many better choices.

Stopped in at 10 tonight with a posted closing time of 11 and the lights were off and door locked. I guess they don’t honor their posted closing hours. Such a shame.
