Doesn't matter if you go in the middle of meal time or just at random, there is usually little to no food selection. Today's visit proved the same. They had luckily just put out a pizza but that was it. My biggest complaint is the staff today. Normally they are quite nice, however, the lady today (who has way too much makeup on to be considered appropriate for work) sat on her phone instead of interacting with the customers. We had to ask for a receipt three times before she listened. Quite disappointed.

Cannot comment on the inside of the store but as a gas station they are failing with probably at least half the pumps being unavailable and not working. Poor experience for such a busy gas station and location. This is in the time frame of April 2025.

Pretty mid as far as gas stations go. No air to fill up your tires and small selection in store.

Several times I and whoever I’ve come here with have noticed a cashier who provided abnormally good customer service — Xander. We got in the car and everyone mentioned that he was great. Seriously, him a raise or a bonus or something.

Has a single bathroom for women and men each. I drove in as the 2nd car in line of 5, and the parking all along in the building was full; you can imagine how the line for the bathroom was.

One employee was so high this morning that he couldn't stand, keep his eyes open, or ring up anything. I told him to sit down and asked the other employee there to help. He did not want to help and refused to remove his earbuds to listen to me. There was no food made, fridges were half empty, and the place looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I think it's time for Casey's to sell out to someone who takes pride in their business.

I’ll echo what other reviewers have noted here: at least one of the cashiers here is remarkably, in-your-face racist. Stopped by to get a coffee and sandwich because I was using the Tesla supercharger nearby and the cashier seemed overtly hostile to me, while being perfectly cordial to the customers before and after me (all white). I would recommend avoiding if you’re a person of color.
