Ordered delivery through the app and it was canceled after 20 minutes. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if
1. They gave a reason why they canceled (I called a couple of times 10 minutes each with no response)
2. They issued an refund
This is only a problem since this pizza was meant to feed me and my siblings today but since they canceled and wouldn’t get back there’s nothing we could do. Keep in mind these situations can occur with shady service like this.

They aren't open at 6AM for all you early risers. I just got back from there at 6:10 and all their lights were off and no cars were there. I believe they open at 7AM.

I love this store and the staff, I work property maintenance for nearby apartments so I stop in usually every day for a quick bite to eat.

This store is a joke! Nothing is ever on sale here and the cashier are never helpful. I will never stop here again..

When I asked for key to the bathroom, I was told that it was not in service. I asked how were they going to the bathroom.. the employee replied they are using NDSU 'S Bathroom. Of course I didn't believe that. Will not be going to this Location any longer..

Got a stern talking to because of how I parked for less than 30 seconds. Weird hill to die on.

This morning I ordered pizza to bring to my wife's work when I went to pickup there where 2 employees standing 5 feet from the front door smoking and it smelled discussing it turned my stomach I just wanted to turn around and leave

Yeah, so when I checked out my purchases, I was given two twenty dollar bills back in change. After he handed me my change, I asked if I could exchange one of the 20 for two 10s. He said no, and when I asked why, he said because he didn't feel like it. He was eating a sandwich right at the till while he was cashiering people. Gross.
I found the assistant manager on duty and she helped me out no problem. Thank you, and good luck with your staffing.

I was there literally minutes ago. I got some breakfast items including 2 nesquik drink. I notice the the drinks were banana strawberry and we wanted strawberry. I walked in to tell the cashier lady I was going to change them and the manager said I couldn't do that; I ask why, she reply with its store policy. I stated no where in the store did it say that or the item had be tampered with, its just the wrong flavor. She continues to denied my request I ask to speak to a manager for which she reply she was the manager. I asked for a higher up she reply no one was higher than her. I then asked for a ceo/customer service number and they both said to get it online. I asked the manager lady for her name, and she refused. I understand open food not been exchanged but the drink is not open nor did i leave for hours and come back it was barely 30 second. Never going back..

I walked into the Caseys and the employee standing outside smoking did not acknowledge me or the fact that I held the door for him to walk in. I even said hi, he said nothing. I refilled my pop and walked to the counter where he continued to ignore me and look in a cabinet. When he finally went to ring me up he still did not say anything until I said "I refilled this". At that point he replied in a snotty voice "You didnt walk in here with no cup." I informed him that it was in my bag. He said nothing and charged me for a refill. I get that working at a gas station sucks but this is ridiculous. The service in this gas station in evenings and on weekends is subpar. To not say anything to me, openly ignore me then accuse me of theft is disgusting. If I was going to steal things I wouldnt be dumb enough to take them to the counter and try to pay something for them.

Ordered a pizza, stood there by the counter for 15 minutes, finally someone came from the back. She thought the order was in an hour, not now. I had asked the cashier 3 times to go check for me and she wouldn't. If she would have, I could have gotten my pizza, but I didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes. I choose this store, as other stores had a 67 minute wait time.
