It is impossible to speak to a human being. Customer service would be nice. Like speaking to a human being and not trying to navigate a automated system that does not answer my questions.

I am from Florida and I arrived at the chase on 13th avenue to request some specific documents. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Jailene Schroeder. She asked me how she could help me and proceeded to help find the documents I needed. She can hold a conversation and remain professional at the same time. Thank you, I am grateful for your help.

What's told I can cash a check if I open the account with them? So I say there for almost an hour opening an account and when I go to cash check they tell me that they can't do it. So they basically waste in my time and conved me into opening an account with them. I was also told that I could withdrawal my money on the following day and I look at the Phone app and it still says that my Check is a hope and this is a Check written from a Chase bank account. I remember now why I quit using big banks I Chase.

Chase Was The Worst Personal Or Business Banking Experience I've had in 30 years. There are better options in Fargo-Moorhead, I would not recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I opened accounts at Chase Bank, and we were absolutely overwhelmed by the friendliness and attention to detail. Ambergray was the representative we worked with. She is uber-friendly and knows her stuff. Yes, it took two hours to complete our meeting with her, but it was well worth the time. She went over a number of points and questions in order for them to be able to completely assist us with our banking and investment needs. We have no hesitancy in recommending Ambergray and her team at Chase Bank on 13th Avenue South!!

Recently opened a checking account online. Less then a week after opening got an email that my phone number had been deleted from my account an action that I didn’t initiate so I tried logging into my account to see what was happening and it stated my account was locked. I called support and waited 2.5 hours for someone to call me back. When Support called back I was on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on and receive no call back. Went into the Fargo location on 25th st. Not a single staff greeted me, no one was at the counter finally someone came out of their office to help me and another women walked over. Both staff had blank stares on their faces when I was explaining why I was there and neither wanted to help they passed it back and forth to each other when finally one of them agreed to finish up what they were working on to help me. When looking at my account he said it appears I never opened account mind you I have the account number and routing number and has already set up direct deposit with my job and also received a chase debit card in the mail. He said he didn’t know what he was doing multiple times and called support. Support said my account was closed but had no explanation as to why and said they weren’t able to open another. Causing me to not receive my paycheck on time and having to find another bank to open an account with so I can receive my paychecks. Would not recommend this bank. The bankers had no idea what they were doing and couldn’t provide any information. Not helpful at all. I am glad my account was closed before I had to deal with them for any other reason. Check with Gate City next door before going to Chase!

Just noting here that I used the ATM and loved the fact that I could choose between quantities of 100s, 20s, and 5 dollar bills for my withdrawal. Very user-friendly experience.

Worst customer service I have ever had. If you value your time and are a busy person DO NOT BANK HERE. They do not accommodate at all, you are expected to work around their schedules. You have to make appointments and even then they still will probably have technical difficulties and you will need to open an account two times. It took two hours to open a simple checking account and I ended up closing it because a week later they still couldn’t figure out what they were doing!

I was so happy to see Chase bank come to Fargo. I know there is no PERFECT bank but what my sister just experienced firsthand is just Terrible. She is a business woman and successful entrepreneur. She went to Chase to switch accounts and refinancine her home. All within 8 days her data was breached by a Chase employee and even refused to Help her. All her personal information and social was stolen. I couldn't believe this they mailed all her personal information to someone else who brought it to her home All ramsack through. When she tried to call they act like it's no big deal. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, DATA BREACH AND THE LACK OF INEXPERIENCED STAFF! WHAT BANK DOESN'T HAVE CHECKS & BALANCES. I hope she sues them! Just because there new doesn't mean they are any better! CHASE YOURSELF AWAY FROM CHASE stay with BELL BANK
