Did not have a good interaction with one of the employees everyone else was nice. She informed us that it was 8 and we need to get out now, we said sorry that we didn't realize it just turned 8 and she proceeded to yell at us as we walked to the cash register at 8:01.

Just received an online order I placed Sun evening! The item is perfect & even better in person and the handwritten card was such a nice & unexpected 'customer service' touch! I have added CM-Fargo to my 'Favorites' short-list for future shopping! ?

Extremely rude stuck up people
I tried to sell good quality clothes there didn't even take a chance to look at it turned it down and lied to me about reasons why.

Very disappointed today. After recent concerns that my donations to local charities weren’t making it to those who needed it, I decided to try selling some of them to this store instead. I don’t buy cheap clothes, so I expected to get at least some small amount of money for the thousands of dollars of clothes I took there today. After a half hour, I was told that they were going to decline ALL of my clothes because some showed wear and others were an off-brand. The brands I took included: Logo, Susan Graver, Lands End, Banana Republic, Cato Fashions (Southern chain), and several items from Macy’s and JCPenney‘s to name a few. This store advertises they take gently used clothes. Some of the clothes I brought still had their price tags on them and they wouldn’t take those either. So tell me, just what do you take then? I find it ironic that when I walk through and look at the racks full of clothes and compare them to what I brought, mine are in much better shape. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. A complete waste of my time.

I only shop here online as I don’t live nearby, but just wanted to say how well my item was packaged, even better than if I’d ordered directly from the retailer and with so much stuffing- it’s so refreshing to order from a place who seems to truly care that the item you pay for arrives to you in the best condition.
