A ton of fun! Way more interesting and dynamic than any other gym. If you never have the motivation to do a normal workout it's definitely worth a shot!The staff seems excellent as well. I don't remember his name, but the guy working today seemed to genuinely enjoy helping and encouraging everyone

We held my 9-year-old daughter's birthday party here and the girls had a BLAST! Jeremiah was the best trainer and really encouraged the girls to have fun and use their strength to make improvements on the obstacle course and running up the wall. I highly recommend this fun place!!
