Costco fails as a dinosaur in its online customer service. First you get an AI robot n then u wait in line w 60 others for a human being. U can’t talk to them - have to type. They do not update your info regularly and won’t immediately correct mistakes in an order. Shame on Costco management.

i love costco especially their fruits and other stuff. good quality and you get what you paid for.

I ordered a fridge, in three days it froze all of my groceries. requested a replacement, was sold out so had to return it. that was three and a half weeks ago. still trying to get someone to pick this detective fridge up so I can free up my money to buy another one.... any advice plz!!!
