It's a fun store to shop and find gifts. Be prepared to spend a lot, prices are pretty high but it is quality kitchen ware. They have a fun cheese and oil section for samples. My only issue was that there were a few too many displays that had product sticking out and got knocked over while I was there. It was a bit hard to navigate with the amount of product that was there but still a fun place to shop.

I purchased an airfryer from them this AM as their website shared with me that there was one in stock. I received an email confirming the purchase, another one sharing with me that the item was being packaged and as soon as the carrier picked it up, I would receive another email.
The next email stated that the order had been cancelled. Then followed up with an email that they were crediting my account - for which I now needed to wait 3-5 days for it to process.
Hmmmmm.......
When I called them, they shared with me that there was one in the store, but it was their floor model and that they were getting in 4 more. I asked if I could purchase one of the incoming units based on the price point that I paid for the one that was cancelled and was placed on hold for an extended period of time. Then I was told that there was an issue with their website and was transferred to another person who handles their website.
This person informed me that she could not see the item on the website and therefore would not honor the price for which I had been charged and paid for, for one of the incoming unit.s....
Sounds kinda of unprofessional and untrustworthly of a company to be dealing with going forward...would one not think???

I was impressed with Creative Kitchen In West Acres mall in Fargo. I don't normally visit this type of business but my daughter from Oregon was with me so we went in. Everything they sell appeared to be top notch items. I bought a Fexible spatula for burgers and fried potatoes. I love it. It seems that they have good quality stuff. I'll go back.

There are a lot of great cooking related items. Was hoping to just get a saute pan, but they didn't have just the pan I wanted. You had to buy the set. I don't need the set, so was kinda bummed about that. Overall, it's a good high-end store.

Creative Kitchen offers quality cookware and accessories at prices that are often times comparable to online sellers. Inside you will find a wide variety of tools for all abilities of cooks and bakers. Creative Kitchen now offers flavored oils and vinegars, not to mention a newly added cheese cooler.

I try to shop local when ever possible. I have also tried to go to creative kitchen many times. Every time ends up having some sort of issue. I bought frying pans. On the display they had lids. When they got here they didn't. I enquired about it, was told that must have been a mistake. Even though I asked before purchase and the same person was helping me. It was the older lady that has worked there forever. I went there a few years ago. Looking for a higher end knife for home. The very same lady followed me and my wife around the store the entire time. I finally asked her if she wanted to check me before I left. She said "oh, we have been having a lot of problems with theft". I have never given them a reason for this. Never complained, nothing. For what they charge you would think customer service and knowledge of product should be better. It is so over priced. My advice is order online or got to the restaurant supply.

Everyone in the store was so helpful! While we came in with an idea of what we wanted, knowledgeable staff were there to help us with our final purchase. We'll definitely be back!

First stop I made at West Acres. This store has everything for every level of cook. Young man was very helpful with the samples of vinegars and balsamic vinegar. Gave me great ideas on how to use them. One of best tea selections outside of the internet. A must stop in Fargo.
