I went there to fix my phone because my samsung galaxy a16 not working or connect to my Sim card. So I was waiting for her to help me. But she was alone all day and I was waiting all day. There was a lot of customerin line behind me wait for her to help us. Because she was busy helping new customers to join Cricket. She need help with CO woker not alone. That not fair for her. She can't do alone by help us all of customer. That not fair for her and not fair for customer wait all day nearly one hours to wait for her to finish then our turn. That not fair for her and customer. They need hire more workers so that she can feel better and less stress. She was very stressful all by herself. That totally unfair for one woker and many customer. She deserves help with CO woker. Less stressful.

Two ladies at the store were nice and helpful with expanding everything . One guy was wearing a hoodie with the hood up on his head with his head down by the door and did not greet me at all. The one lady was busy with either cleaning or scanning the product and the other behind the counter were helpful but the one behind the counter didn't seem too interested in helping me and acted like I was bothering her. With my questions .

David was super helpful and patient. He helped me get my phone reactivated after being with another carrier. The process went by fast. In and out in 15 minutes.

Cricket took care of me and my wife like we were family. David was our salesperson and WOW! This guy knows his stuff, very friendly, customer oriented and can talk about Cricket products and services.David is the Man to see and deal with at Cricket!

Was in this store 9/12/23 the gentlemen working was lovely and was trying to help me while the female in the store working was being completely rude and talking over him basically saying they couldn't help me even tho she had no idea what was going on. so that's the last time I will ever go thru cricket again

Felt the gentleman that stressed he “was the manager for the Fargo area” talked down to employees & first time customer in the store. Received help from a helpful customer service lady who answered our questions & was in the process of completing our order when he returned to the store. Without asking what we’re looking to do, continued to tell us it wouldn’t work & was up selling services not needed. We stepped outside & called another store & in fact what we were looking to do was possible & that gentleman was incorrect. We did go back into the store & he said you can try it, but the transaction would not go through. Once it DID go through, he then said we would be “S.O.S.” once we got it home. Not only did that hotspot worked it was exactly the type of service we were looking for. I feel he was extremely arrogant and instead of making a call to someone to verify what we were looking to do would work or to get second opinion it wouldn’t just continued to tell us it wasn’t going to work.

I walked into the store and right away. Staff was eager to help me. Crystal was very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process. More times than not I have had not so great experiences @ cricket but this store went above and beyond and I will continue to bring my clients here for future service.

I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes, there's a sign on the door thay says "be back in 30mins". The open sign is on and no 1 will answer the phone. This is ridiculous. What kind of business is this?!?!? What a joke. I'll go to Verizon at this rate.

The customers outnumbered the employees 4-1. The store manager took care of me and we were gone in no time.
