Place is dirty. Management is poor. I told the manager directly several areas were out of paper towels and cleaning spray. 30 minutes later he walks out the door and still no paper towels or cleaning spray.

I’m not impressed with the dust bunnies/hair balls everywhere. Pieces of paper towels all over the floors. The front door nearly slammed shut on us while we walked in. I noticed the change in the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere at the gym about a month or so back. You don’t see employees cleaning the gym like they used to. Do they even know what a vacuum or mop is? We used to see the floor cleaner being used around the gym almost every time I would be at the gym. Is it broken?

I would not recommend this gym. As other reviewers have said, they lack professionalism and transparency. It is difficult to cancel and the employees seem oblivious to what is going on when you ask questions. I was referred to the manager. I used this gym once in four months. They kept charging my card for fees after I cancelled. Annual fee ( of $53.74) was charged to my bank account and two monthly fees ( of $39.24) after I cancelled. The manager was rude and unprofessional when I complained about the charges. I’m still trying to cancel. I’m not sure if my membership was cancelled because they keep charging my card for monthly membership fees. Customer service was one of the worst and feels like false advertising or at least deceptive advertising to not tell someone you will be charging a yearly fee and two additional months when they cancel. People should be told this upfront and the cancellation process should be easier and quicker.

Erikka was rude and condescending, not willing to help at all. She was very snappy with her responses, I wanted to purchase tanning lotions and asked about the 30% off promo and she said it wasn’t in the system and directed me to my room without asking if I wanted to purchase anything. Which I did obviously. She was not helpful at all, the tanning rooms were dirty and she did not look happy. Ruined my whole experience from the second I was “greeted” I also downgraded and she mentioned okay great well you are going to have to sign “like 10 forms”. Sad this is who you have checking in your guests, could either make or break a guest experience. Others I have worked with are great. She is not. Erikka needs some customer service training if you want to keep her up front.

My experience at this gym has been great! The personal trainers department are so nice and helpful. They taught me a lot when I came in for my first workout! The gym is clean and the classes are fun! I'm really enjoying my membership there!

Crunch fitness is the best gym in Fargo! The place has everything any gym goer would ever need. Not to mention it is very affordable and the gym is well maintained and always clean. The staff also do a super good job and are always happy to help!

I traveled from out of town to workout at this gym for the 1st time!The ladies working were friendly and helpful!It was clean and maintained.I would give 5 stars if there were more leg machines and more cleaning bottles.

Normally I don't leave reviews on businesses, but I have to on this. In the start everything was going good, but when it came time for me to cancel my membership I was told that I would have to pay then annual fee, which I did but now I've been told I have to go threw 2 other people before I can cancel my membership. I've been trying to cancel for months now and I haven't been able to cancel my membership or get a refund since I haven't used the facility for awhile now. This experience has been frustrating for me.

1. Why don't your employees seem to know information about your tanning beds? I spoke with 3 different employees about them and no one has an understanding about them and their differences. It's as if you simply hired bodies without any education about your facility. I asked if someone could also show me what is what on the machine with all the buttons because they are not self explanatory and no one knows. Also the buttons on the top of the machine are not fun for us short girls that can barely reach them.2. Also, Why are there tv's in your dressing room? Seems inappropriate and unnecessary.

False advertisement. I have never been to a poorly managed gym like this in Fargo. Their managers and team members gives you a different information when it comes to enrollment and cancellation. They are after getting you ripped off.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. This place needs to be closed down for their false/fraudulent advertising, behaviors and charges. They tell you it’s a $1 to sign for a free trial and cancel anytime. I called before the 7 days ended, not even going into their gym to even get a key from them but they told me I had to go into their facility to cancel. When I got there, their manager a lady told me that I was already billed for their annual fee and a month of membership fee and I have to pay that before they consider canceling it but in the meantime she will put a stop to billing me since I stated I wanted to cancel. Not only did she not cancel my free trial she didn’t put a stop to billing me cause a week later I got another message from them that I owed $120.00 for never showing up or using their facility, not even a key from them. I called their head office several times and spoke with them that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t use, they said they were looking into it to cancel it but they didn’t. Now I’m getting calls from their collection agency(first credit services) that I owe them $260.00. Now they’re telling me that in their “fine prints” it states that you have to be a member for 60 days before requesting a cancellation, and in order to request that cancellation you have to write a certified letter to their head office before they consider canceling. Lol if this isn’t fraud then I don’t know what else is. Worst gym ever, even worse than planet fitness. They’re money hungry and don’t care about their reputations cause I’ve heard from several friends about their dirty locker rooms and uncleaned workout machines.

They have a staff member there that borrows money and doesn't pay people back. He's often online complaining about the customers saying they don't show up at appointments and he can't make any money. His name is Nick Piccininni. Y'all need a better staff.

Overall good gym (decent machines, weights, etc.).I would add a star if they had thicker paper towels (they leave little bits everywhere, think toilet paper) for cleaning as well as functional (and full) spray bottles.*Not the gym's fault, but nobody puts away their plates when they are done, makes it hard to know what machines are available. Would like to see someone enforcing this.

Decent gym but not worth the hassle . False advertisement and poor communication from the staff.(It seems as though they know nothing) Bunch of hidden fees and nothing is explained to you. It’s only $9.99 if you commit to a year with them and you’re charged almost $20 to cancel your membership. Definitely not worth the leaky ceilings and dirty locker rooms. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Worse gym experience ever!

Place has awesome variety of machines but I would not recommend signing up with a trainer. I was told conflicting information. Apparently your contract auto renews and they will continue to charge you for sessions. At first my trainer was great saw a lot of progress but then scheduling trainer sessions became a hassle. Please ensure to read the contract and if you finish your sessions make sure to cancel they will continue to charge you and can’t refund you your money once you’ve been charged.
