Even something that should be as simple as dropping off a prescription, you're made to jump through hoops. Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere.

Checking out stinks with the self scannersEvery item must be scanned separately and no way to change the quantity of items on the screen. No hand scanner is availableIT & marketing should stand in stores for a week and I’m sure they will see improvements that could be done

The worse. They will tell you the meds will be ready, then you go pick them up and they are not. Then say "if you don't like it go somewhere else"Or they'll tell you it will be ready you go to pick it up and they tell you they don't have it. Wait Lines are atrocious, never answer their phone. Horrible

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow and they completely close during lunch. I've seen 2-3 person pharmacies run significantly better than this.

CVS is amazing! The staff is always willing to help me save another dollar. Honestly, the pharmacy team is great. Well sheesh, I can't leave the retail team out. They are always very helpful \\u0026 kind.

When there for my child prescription through the drive through window. The girl couldn't get the computer to work. She looks tired and frustrated. I waited for 20 minutes, then she asked me to come back in 15 minutes. When I came back, they were closed.

Appeared clean & well stocked; however the line to checkout was halfway down the main lane in the store while I was shopping for some pain patches today, I witnessed a pharmacy tech being so very rude to a customer. She was loud and very disrespectful to him. Than I had to wait in the long line to checkout. The cashiers up front were very nice. I honestly would not visit this store again.

The pharmacy is AWFUL! Not only are the pharmacists and pharmacy techs there extremely rude, but they talk bad about their patients loudly when there’s other patients in the pharmacy (a male pharmacist, and 2 blonde pharmacy techs to be exact, they were making fun of and saying how annoying the gentleman in the phone was because he wanted to know if his prescription was ready. Like, it’s a simple yes or no question and they made it a HUGE deal, like he was the worst for calling them) It is the most uncomfortable pharmacy and experience. They are so incredibly slow and do not bother to put in any effort to save their patients money NOR do they make their patients feel welcome and like they are trying to help. They literally only care about money and not their patients and it’s disgusting. They don’t fill your prescription if you don’t have insurance EVEN when you call them and tell them to fill it. Then when you go there , they tell you to leave and come back in 20 minutes AFTER waiting in line for 20 minutes. Then you come back and have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes in line. That was my first experience here. And my second. And third. Needless to say, I spent 3 too many times here. I don’t and would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I've had many issues before with this pharmacy, but today really topped it off for me. I use the cvs app to refill my prescriptions and today one of my prescriptions said that it was eligible for refill.. so naturally I refilled it. I had called a couple hours later to see the status of my prescription because I wanted to go pick it up before my next class (it takes me about 25 min to get there).. upon calling this man rudely answered and said that they cancelled my prescription refill because it was "too early." I asked him to explain how it was early when I've always used the app to tell me when my prescription is ready to be refilled.. he said that I had been getting my prescriptions early and he caught onto it and had to stop it.. I was kind blown.. I was going by what the app told me how I have been doing for almost 2 years. He made me feel like I was some drug seeker or addict because I was "allegedly" filling early which I'm not sure how that is even possible given it's a controlled substance. Needless to say I drove myself over to a pharmacy a block away from my house and told them to switch all my prescriptions over to them. I explained the entire situation and they said that that is beyond odd and they have never heard of that being done before. So needless to say.. fill your prescriptions at Seip Drug. They are wonderful and extremely caring and nice. I won't ever go to cvs again, I'll go to Walgreens if I need anything.

Okay, I have a love-hate relationship with this pharmacy. Positives: I have always had friendly staff (store and pharmacy) and good consultations when I needed them. When I have called and reached someone, they have always been good to answer my questions. Negatives: One time when I called I waited over an hour and I finally hung up. I had a pharmacist question and by the time an hour had passed I knew I could not take my second dose of medication and so it was useless to hold on. They usually take forever to answer the phone and with their new automated system it takes some sort of magic to get through to a person. The latest frustration was when I ordered my refill and got very few pills. When I went to the pharmacy they were super good to explain why I didn't get my full refill, but I paid for a full refill, and no one advised me I was getting less than of the pills when I picked them up. I don't know why that wasn't important to share. I'm a full time college student and I work and so it isn't like I have money to give away. I really miss my old pharmacy where the staff knew me when I walked in and took the time to give you the best service. I don't like using a chain, but that is what insurance pays for.
