I would not recommend this pharmacy. Service is bad more often than not. CVS will send texts saying prescriptions are ready for pickup but then you get there and they’re not ready. Or the opposite where prescriptions are ready but you won’t get a text. The number of times I’ve asked a question and the worker shrugs and stares me or just says “I don’t know” and then walks away is unacceptable. They need to teach their staff that if they don’t know the answer to go find someone who does.

After a few years of not buying from CVS due to terrible service we needed to try again due to location and travel. Unfortunately we had the same lack of service as before and had to change our prescription pickup to someone that could find it in their system and process. CVS is the only pharmacy that we have had multiple issues with no matter where we are in the country.

This CVS has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been to especially an employee Grace who has been rude and sarcastic many times. In the past my orders were incorrect when I got out of Hospital and they didn't put my insulin in bag and I was without until I could get someone to give me a ride back. They are inefficient and Unprofessional.You should be able to trust your pharmacy and have at least good customer service 👎

I Always have an issue at this CVS. Today I pulled up to the drive thru window finally and the person walked away I then had sat their for 7 minutes without anyone coming to the window to even greet me and ask me to wait. The person before or after me didn't have this experience

Always have to stand in more than one line because they never have anything ready . They don’t even acknowledge people waiting at the counter - had 3 people standing around after calling my name for prescription ready so I stood there looking at them and noone came to help. Horrible customer service skills. Never again. Go give your money elsewhere .

Amazing service! While traveling I needed a prescription refilled. Staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. I am very grateful for their help.

Was texted a few days ago prescription was ready, husband went in to get it and was told there were no prescriptions. I called and if fact it is there and ready. Now they are closed for lunch? CVS pharmacy needs to rethink this policy. They have enough employees to have them vary their lunch schedule. Very disappointed. Now have to make special trip back for the prescription. Clearly they didn't check very well.

Lazy people. Was in drive through waited 20 minutes wouldnt come to window to pick up meds. closed while i was sitting there. employees would look at me and not come to the window. Horrible

I’m so disappointed. Waited half an hour in the drive through. I had no attitude as I know they are notorious for having long wait times and with my work schedule I need a pharmacy open late. Had some concerns regarding price due to autism waiver for my child we get the scrips free. They changed from my insurance to the Medicaid and it was way more. How was I to know there was an error or that it would be more. The pharmacist told me “we have to redo everything so either go back in line or come in and slammed the door before I could say I was coming in because my kids needed to go potty. Waited another half hour, they never called my name saying it was ready. Then while I was waiting in line I heard them talking about me. I get it, busy days suck but it should not be taken out on customers.

Their pharmacy drive thru line is so long and takes a while. They have a 2nd drive thru line but don’t use it? It would speed up the process if they utilized it.

Regular CVS no different than the rest I’ve been too. I use their pharmacy and buy some items here and there although it’s pricey their coupons come in handy sometimes.
