The market has a lot of option at decent prices. Many different types of sauces, instant ramen, snacks, meat, and fruit to choose from. Easily spent $30 first visit on many goodies. Clean and respectful. Careful if you walk there. Better to drive. Transit is okay but the sidewalks around the area can be narrow.

I absolutely adore this store. Great produce, tons of spices and sauces, huge freezer section. The costumer service is excellent- never been and have no idea what to start with? Just ask! I highly recommend grabbing a fun flavor of Kit Kat while you're there :)

Food is awesome, people as helpful as they can be with a language barrier. Ambiance.. just a store. Packed with stuff though.

Best Asian and Other Ethnic Grocery in ND! Really love this Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Filipino, Halal, African & Caribbean + Market! Having been spoiled with the plethora of great ethnic groceries in NYC, CA, and NJ, I didn't expect a lot from a grocery in Fargo North Dakota. But you will see for yourself that you can get so many fresh goodies from all over the world in this one special place. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is very friendly and nice. It's clean ... without that old food, dried and preserved odor, smell of old meat ethnic store ... because some store are not clean. And the spices and overwhelm you with all kinds of smells mixed with dust. But this grocery takes very good care to have strong lighting to see what you need, has updated fresh items, doesn't have the unsightly meat rack of pig heads and feet (I can't look at slaughtered animals not only bc I'm mostly vegetarian but bc it just looks scary to me and not appetizing), and has so many great brands and foods from different nations. There were 5 Chocó Pie flavors (Korean marshmallow pie). But I also found a gem I can't find anywhere ... After Eight Mints! It was so amazing and I had to buy it! I also bought Indian food, Korean ramen, Filipino Turón (which is a plátano w filó dough like wrap with honey or other sauce) impossible to find in most cities unless it's one w a high concentration of Filipinos), halal chocolate...etc. I stock up when I'm here because it's a distance for me but I am very happy going here.

I notice that everytime I brought something from this store they overcharged me. They don't have tag in their any items. And their computer is facing to them. So they can put whatever price they want to and overcharged. I'm done buying from this store.

Best Asian Market I have been to in town so far. They carry a lot of stuff that is not available elsewhere in town and they also have a large variety of unique produce and offal meats for cooking. Prices are affordable as well. Great for if you cannot find tough ingredients or are looking to stock your pantry. My family all love it.

I like this place for the variety of stuff they carry but the smell is something else. If you're not used to Asian smelling stores just prepare yourself. We don't mind it because almost every Asian store we've shopped at has this smell and that's from us traveling to other countries too. It's just a strong fishy smell which is to be expected since well they sell seafood items. Aside from that the usually have most of the things we want you can't find anywhere else in town. It's pretty diverse on the items they sell. So yeah it's a good place to shop just a heads up on the fishy smell

They have what one can expect from an Asian market. Prices are reasonable. The area has a slightly dilapidated feel, but the store seems quite busy. Also quite ideally located in downtown. Not sure why the name has 'American' though.
