Ecig City is a vape shop known for its friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Overall it was a fun trip. I walked in and a young girl helped me, in part by picking on me a little and gaining a laugh. Now I will say she was young and her approach could have used some tact, but she should be in sales ...real sales for much bigger commissions because shes built for it.

Makayla is a huge help. Very knowledgeable, she definitely knows how to make the customer feel valued and important. Shes very much appreciated. 5stars to there selection of glass an puffco product 5 stars for customer service .
