“They were unable to fix my devices due to unable to get parts or could not guarantee a repair without still needing to send the device to Samsung. Rather than charging me $300 and it 'might' fix the problem, but possibly not and it would still need to be sent off. I was told to save my $ and send them to Samsung where they they can guaranteed get them fixed.

“Took my computer to them because the screen was completely black although it appeared to be getting power. Turned out the iCare Team discovered the motherboard was bad. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed and back to me in less than 2 weeks. Nice and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable technicians. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely take any & all my computers to them should I have any issues. Customer for life or as long as I am a resident in Fargo or Moorhead.”
