“When my friend was in hospital, her cell phone locked up. Verizon couldn't help, thought she'd need a new phone, and referred me to iCARE. Mark understood the issue, made no promises and told me to return in a couple hours. They were able to reset her phone to factory settings. Next they needed a connected devise for a code, which was successful and her phone works perfectly. The fee for all this was minimal. Mark and crew are terrific!!!”

“They were unable to fix my devices due to unable to get parts or could not guarantee a repair without still needing to send the device to Samsung. Rather than charging me $300 and it 'might' fix the problem, but possibly not and it would still need to be sent off. I was told to save my $ and send them to Samsung where they they can guaranteed get them fixed.
I definitely appreciate the honesty and will bring my other devices in when I have issues with them.”
