I was only customer in the. 3 employee 2 girls and one. Gentle no help what so ever spend looking 2 shirt for 40 minutes and when I got to cashier they rude as hell why spend $80 a shirt if can’t even get help what u looking for

Express is terrible. Fargo may be the worst. I purchased jeans from the store that were incorrectly sized on the tag - by Express. When I was in the store they failed to give me a receipt “because there system wasn’t working.” They Told me if I needed to make an exchange they would be able to pull up the receipt…now no one can find it and they refuse to do anything about the jeans they wrongly sized. I would suggest shopping elsewhere. There are a lot of other options that won’t lie and take advantage their customers.

Ordered pants online size 12 tried to exchange pants for size 10. Manager said I should be able to exchange but then another employee kept saying cannot find me in the system. I Pulled up my receipt from my email and she didn’t want to take a look at that. She started changing her statement. I didn’t know there policy is after 30 days wouldn’t be able to exchange. Employee was laughing in front of my face and honestly nothing was funny, she must have been on something. She did not try to help whatsoever. When I asked for the manager, she came and both of them were super rude and laughing together. Had my receipt and couldn’t exchange it. But most she humiliated me in front of other customers. I felt so embarrassed. Staff is very childish and unprofessional.

Manager was so rude when I tried to return a jacket and through the jacket on the counter after completing the return. The first employee when I bought the jacket said as long as I had the tags with I could return it, the tag fell off and they said I couldn’t return it. For a $130 jacket I expected better service. Never coming back.

I came in to do a return on 2 items. I asked for a gift card so I could purchase a new item right away. I was given 2 gift cards. One for $77.50 and one for $26.45. The associate helped me purchase a dress online with the 2 gift cards the total was $79.55. I asked the associate to throw away the gift card that we used in its entirety and I took the gift card that should have had $24.40 remaining. When I returned I tried to order another item with the gift card but it had a $0 balance. I immediately checked the receipt to make sure I had the correct gift card. I did. I called the store and the manager was immediately snarky with me, stating I should have just done an even exchange. Which is rude and impossible since the item I ordered isn’t even sold in the physical store. She said I would need to come back to the store the next day to rectify the situation. So I did, and after taking all the receipts and gift cards for over an hour she did NOTHING! She also magically had the gift card that had been previously discarded. She told me an investigation would be opened and I needed to call corporate. It’s not the money, as $24 and change is not a huge deal, it’s the principle. They clearly screwed up and instead of biting the bullet, they would rather further alienate customers and basically steal $24 from me. Typically I shop online because they have terrible customer service in general, no greeting for customers, unwilling to help you find anything, or barely answering questions, but this just takes the cake.

The employee with red hair did not even say hi when I was the only customer in the store instead she decided to eat and watch something on her phone sitting at the counter. Very awkward so I left and ordered what I liked online instead.

Horrible costumer service. The place is usually empty when I go and the staff is very unapproachable..especially the manager that never greets you and seems to be in a bad mood all the time. The other personel is chewing gum and whistles while on register!! This place does not have great service and I do not like spending my money where I'm not welcomed.

The store has really changed they have super dressy unpractical pieces in the store. Their new approach will not work in this area. It was my favorite store in West Acres but not anymore. And no sizes to speak of. So sad, working women with office jobs will have to go elsewhere.

Brody and Anh literally saved my life!! I was in such a bind to get an outfit and they helped me pick exactly what I wanted in such an efficient amount of time. The best service & attention to detail!
