Honestly the only downside to this whole facility is the hours, if you work late usually this won't be a good fit for you. Otherwise its a fantastic facility with all kinds of things for increasing your physical fitness

Great place to workout. Everyone is welcoming there with people from young to old and out of shape to fitness fanatics. Very clean and has a wide variety of weights, machines, treadmills, and workout classes.
