My grandma died. When I called to report her death, her worker was very caring and kind. She took the time to talk with me and ask me about the grief process. Thank you, Autum. I know my grandma appreciated working with you.

They have always been very nice to me and help the best they can. The only thing I do not agree with is when you have a change of income.. They make you report any increase within 10 days and make you pay more right away but when you have a decrease they do nothing until 3 months of that change. During covid I almost lost my apartment because of this. I was stuck paying 500$/month when I lost my job/income and wouldn't adjust it for 3 months. That's impossible to pay when you don't have an income!

No one will help you. They don’t care about what your problem is. It’s only their way. They will never help with any issues. The ladies at front desk are friendly tho.

I would give these people zero stars if I could. The receptionist i talked to was unprofessional, extremely rude and constantly interrupted me. When I inquired about Church Townhomes, she stated they didn't have my application. I inquired about my application status two months ago and was told they received it and told me how long the waiting list was. Now they don't have it?? Plus, the voicemail that was left for me, this woman claimed she doesn't work there. Don't waste your time with these people. It's not worth the frustration.

The Fargo Housing Authority, I have to be honest I know the people who work here, and do everything they can to help you if you have a legitimate claim. I also know a lot of people who apply for housing often times don’t update their mailing address, or they don’t take proactive measures to ensure that the Housing Authority can help you. No just because you have gave your information to another government program does not mean the HA has it. Most government programs are independent of each other and there is not central database that they draw from, at least outside a background check. There are countless stories of people not updating there information and then they lose their spot in line because the HA can’t get a hold of you, this is your responsibility not theirs especially if you change your phone number. So do some of my friends a favor and take personal responsibility of yourself so they can get you the help you need.
