Called to make sure they had the trailer we needed, picked it up. They hooked it up and unhooked it when we returned it. Gentleman working today was very friendly, made sure all questions were answered. 10/10 will do business again

Rented a lawn vac, got home to use. Noticed there was a giant hole in the bag. I also noticed that someone tried to staple it shut. Brought it back the next day (I picked it up at 4, job was in Dilworth and didn’t catch the issue until 6 when they were closed). They said they’d refund it and they’re sorry. Money was never refunded. They also told me that it did work and I was trying to ‘get on over on them’Super disappointing. Make sure you inspect EVERY INCH of what you’re renting from this company. Or just take a couple blocks away and go to Acme rents,❗️❗️

Picked up a skid steer and a trailer at 5 PM on Friday. Was expecting to have it for three days total but it rained hard that night unexpectedly. Brought it back the next morning by 10 AM because it was too wet to work and they still charged me the majority of the rental. Go United rentals or one of the other rental places in town.

We rented tables and chairs for our wedding last weekend. A few days before the wedding, we had a handful of people cancel, so we called to cancel those tables and chairs for a refund. We called a little more than 25 hours before delivery but we’re told we were less than 24 hours to delivery, so they couldn’t refund us. I understand we cut it close, but we were still more than 24 hours prior to delivery, which was the window we were told for cancellation. We let this go and didn’t argue it. However, we were most disappointed with the condition the chairs came in, especially for the $1200 we spent. They were very dusty and dirty as if they’re been in storage for months without cleaning. I didn’t expect perfect chairs since they are used frequently, but I definitely expected clean chairs. They ended up sending someone out to replace the chairs with clean ones. The delivery person told us he was unsure why we got dirty chairs as they’re supposed to hand pick the clean ones for events and such. We were happy to get clean chairs for our wedding, but cannot trust this company for the future and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Had issues with Fargo Chair Rentals where they did a no call or no show for tables and chairs for a wedding. We needed that day. We were in a bind and Rentall saved the day by getting us table, chairs, and table clothes in a rush. I would recommend them.

Rented a trailer to move my lawnmower. Worked great to be able to use a trailer and not have to have one take up my driveway for the other 300+days a year.

BEWARE. Zero customer service! I will explain. I rented a trailer. It was hooked up by a pleasant sales associate. I signed the rental agreement as THEY attached the trailer to my vehicle. I left the lot and THREE to FOUR minutes later the trailer popped off my hitch. I pulled over and re attached the trailer. Called the store and returned with a damaged bumper. I was told they would pay for the damage since it happened immediately after leaving the store and THEY hooked up the trailer. I submitted pictures and a bill. Both the Manager and THE OWNER said " Once it leaves the lot it's not our problem. Horrible customer experience. The Sales manager told me they would pay for the repair.
