Still waiting on my package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago I called customer service and no updates on the location of my package I don’t understand why it had not been delivered or any kind of update on it I am so frustrated right now

I've had issues with FedEx in the past, but this location took excellent care of me when I was fed up with USPS. Five stars for Anthony and Karina (forgive me if i spelled that wrong!) - thank you both for making my bad day a little better!

Chunky tan women with black hair put me down with name calling and pathetic customer service. She said “omg some people are just so ignorant, you don’t want to be helped then don’t be helped” acted like a child when I simply was.. trying to be helped. I hope you get fired for this.
Edit: the reason she called me ignorant was because I asked to put my own label on the box.

Scam company. Paid extra for them to get a signature on delivery, which they didn't do. Also shipping was way too expensive.

Last pickup times are no longer posted. I use this store as a drop often for overnight documents. Please note that current last pickup for overnight documents is 6:00 p.m.. it would be helpful to have that posted on the door

This is a great place to get printing done. Normal copies are done well and timely. This time I had some specialty paper that was kind of tricky, but they took care of it well. I highly recommend them.

Those drugs addicted FedEx employees signed for my package and took it home. Claiming they delivered it which is lie. I went in the office to report the problem I was told they were going to get back to me at the end of the day on 9/16/2023Claiming a contractor was sent out. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 14. They said someone signed for it by the name Lbachmann. How will the person signed for it if it doesn't match the name on my package? FedEx employees took it
