**I can't comprehend how a company can be this absolutely horrible.** I have a package that I sent to an address in Fargo and it has now been in Fargo for 4 days and they won't deliver it or even allow it to be picked up by the recipient. How is this company even in business???

Terrible service! Had a signed delivery scheduled for Saturday. I have 2 dogs that bark at the wind.. the driver never knocked. Called searching (good luck on the weekend 🙄) since this is a REFRIGERATED medication. Fast forward to Monday, driver attempted to deliver, ignored my signed door slip and left. Can't get through to the actual hubs in town, just foreigners that dont understand the word refrigerated. Now I have no idea where my package is or if its been kept refrigerated. My meds are now even further off and I cant contact the pharmacy for a replacement until I have the one thats was PRIORITY OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.

Can't even get to the correct street leaving my package on 5th Ave instead of 2nd St. with modern day technology like GPS there is no excuse. Then I get a call with some unidentified man asking me where I live forcing me to ask who is calling. Unprofessional is too nice, lazy is too nice and even worthless is too nice as a description for this company. I rate it a negative 5 stars and even sent them a picture of my door which they refused to use unless I paid them to do so.

Someone came and stole my package that was supposed to be returned to Walmart. It didn't have a return label and he said np and took it. Now FedEx can't track it or Walmart and I keep getting the run around from these people

Do not use this location if you have a Saturday delivery they do not deliver on Saturdays. They also are closed for when you need to hold it for a location and you can’t pick up stuff until Monday when it says the day it’s out for delivery very upsetting

Super annoyed right now. Yesterday the driver didn't drop off a package that doesn't require a signature. He left a blank tag on the door with zero instructions. I wrote on it...leave the package inside with the door code and put it back on the front door. Today he came to the back door and left without delivering my package. What in the ever living god does it take!
