I had a great experience with this storage facility thanks to Taelor! I’m currently out of state and was really stressed after a bad leak affected my unit. Taelor went above and beyond—he not only notified me right away but also took the time to dry my belongings and keep me updated. He was incredibly empathetic and made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. His professionalism and care truly meant a lot. Thank you, Taelor! Also shout out to Savannah who was so nice and had excellent communication skills!

I have always always had the most fantastic service from five Star they've never let me down my storage units have never been broken to where at others we've had thousands and thousands of dollars stolen from us and they never even called us to let us know our storage unit was broken to let alone fix the things so five Star storage goes way up and beyond what they need to do for service and I appreciate them so much I won't rent from anybody else and they also find the very best prices for me no matter where the storage unit is located at

as always, the staff at five stars fantastic. They gave me several options and got me out the door in about five minutes. Got to the unit, opened it up, and clean as a whistle. I love five star.

The storage unit is exactly what I needed and a great price. There wasn't a disc lock but I was supposed to have one. Otherwise great! The storage units are in a secure gated area with personal codes to get in and out, so they can keep track of who has entered and left at any time. One other downside, you can't get into the lot after 10pm. I wish it was 24 hour access but it's not enough to make me want to switch companies. These guys cost about HALF of what U-Haul costs too.
