I ended up needing a larger unit than what I rented. Jeremy called me back and had me refunded for the first unit I rented and into a larger one within minutes. Incredible customer service. Would recommend Five Star Storage to anyone!

Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor. Not temperature regulated. We needed something close to Lindenwood park neighborhood and the location was ideal for us. Storage area lot seemed clean and plowed out. You'll need a circular padlock, they have some for reasonable price.

Easy to reserve and pay online - that was great!When I opened my storage unit first time, it was clean-no leftover debris on floor.Better signage needed?? Maybe it's buried in snow but went one way to find my unit only to discover it was an 'exit only', so backed up and maneuvered around and along the snow hills to get to unit. (Wasnt sure I was gonna make it around the corner but 22-23 winter has been nuts and everyone is running out of room to put snow!! ) But now that I know where and how to go, all is good!!

Giving 3 stars for the staff who were very kind and worked hard. Only 3 stars because for the same price you can get a uhaul storage that's inside , climate controlled, and has alarms. 5 star is outside, steel storage units with a bad neighborhood right next to it. I didn't trust it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Easy process to get into a storage space! Booked the night before and moved into the space the next day! If you are looking for storage, I would recommend Five Star Storage.?
