I tried to return something and they told me they won't take it back. Because it had a few hairs on it. Maybe if your damn dressing rooms where open I wouldn't have this problem. The manger was extremely rude about it too telling me it was on the recipient. No where on there it told me I couldn't return it if it had hair one it. I would understand if it was ripped or extremely damaged. But only HAIR on it. Then she tried to tell me that everywhere does that. No they fucking don't. I've lived here for 15 years and I've never had a problem with a place not taking a shit back because there where hairs on it. They where rude. Don't shop here.

Super rude cashiers. I stood at the register for 7 minutes waiting to check out and there was 2 cashiers and they didn’t say anything at all. Not even a “I’ll be right with you” or “it’ll be a minute” no they sat there ignoring me, then another couple comes up the wrong way in line to check out and the cashiers immediately go to help them instead of me when I was there first. They didn’t have a return, or anything that put them before me, I waited and made sure. I left the store without my items, lost my business there.

I went in to buy some pants and a coat, and to return a pair of boots because they were the wrong size and exchange a body suit for a different size. when i put the boots up, i was told they were a sale item so they are final sale and so no returns or exchanges. i said "oh no one told me that when i bought them." and the lady tells me "yeah and they are actually marked wrong. sale items should be written in red, not black." *the boots were written in black* i took the loss on those and moved on. then the lady tells me they don't do exchanges or returns on body suits. to which i also was shocked and said "no one told me that either". i am confused because their fitting rooms are NEVER open, so how can i try something on without paying for it first to try on at home? no one told me the sale rules on these, so how was i supposed to know? the manager looks at my body suit i was returning, which was unworn besides trying it on at home, and the tags were still on, i had the receipt, it was the same it looked when i bought it, and holds the body suit up with a disgusted facial expression and says "it needs to come back in the original condition." i said "it is? i only tried it on at home." and she rudely responds back with "there's hair all over it." which was an exageration. i have very long hair, and there were 2 pieces of hair on that she pointed out. I kindly responded back "i tried it on at home because you guys don't have your fitting rooms open. no one told me these rules." and she repeats herself "it needs to come back in the original condition. so i asked "if i bring it home, take the hair off, can i bring it back to exchange for a different size?" to which she repeats herself again, "it needs to come back in the original condition." and "it says right here on the receipt." which after i left had me puzzled... because if i were to have gotten all that information from the receipt, that means i would've already swiped my card and lurches everhthing, gotten the receipt, and then noticed "oh hey i can't return any of this". that is completely backwards. i understand the final sale on the boots; it is unfortunate and unprofessional that they 1.) didn't tell me that sale items are final sale. and 2.) admitted they wrote on the tag wrong which identified it WASNT a sale item. and as far as the body suit goes, no one told me about that exchanges and returns weren't allowed on body suits either. so that is on them as a company. along with the fact that the fitting rooms are closed? and have a sign in front of them that says "fitting rooms closed. take home to try on and come back and exchange!" so that is a little decieving.... i understand this may seem like a bit much, but it's decent customer service and also leniency in things like this. i basically got ripped off because of THEIR errors and advertising. to add, my original cashier lady was very nice, it was the manager who handled the situation unprofessionally, and the Forever 21 as a company who made mistakes in this situation, not me.

Love love love this store! Theres many varieties of clothing there. Its always so clean, and the staff members are so nice! But it would be more convenient for the store to have the dressing rooms open all the time.

My daughter purchased items 2 weeks ago she couldn’t try them on unless she purchased she tries at home and they didn’t fit her, as mother tries to return them I was told I can’t!!! I also couldn’t exchange because of the final sale policy which they never told my daughter. The items were never worn nor were they without tags but we still couldn’t return or exchange!! I was told by the cashier which I have never heard of this policy in my 22 years of living here so I kindly asked the manager to explain to me. Meanwhile I was verbally attacked by the cashier, this was one of the most awful experience I have ever had which I have never received such an insult by cashier in my 22 years of shopping, I’m never going back to the store nor are my children. They took advantage of a minor and me as mother was verbally insulted by cashier while I was talking to the manager!!!!!!!!!People go shopping everywhere else u r going to be treated as human not garbage like in this store I wish I can give them 0000000 stars!!!!!

My kids always have to make a stop here every chance they get. They always find something new to buy and if not they find something to ask for. It's nice location and honestly the prices are pretty reasonable.

How could I know about the nonrefundable items when there was no post or sign for that? Even on the small post on the cashier’s desk, which the staff there asked me to read later, there was no mention which items on which sign were final sale. The cashier didn’t mention that the items I purchased were final sale and nonrefundable, but when I came back to get refund, they (cashier and manager) rejected me and just gave me the message that it was all my fault and my request wasn’t worth their time. They were just busy to throw me out of their store. The cashier dared to lie looking at my eyes that she mentioned the items were final sale, but nope, she never did.Their customer service was terrible. They didn’t know how to handle this kind of things. They were far from being professional. Just being rude. Really awful experience.

The staff seriously needs to take more training courses. Worked here and have a no contact contract with Dylon,(the manager). Terrible managing skills here. The management team pushed me out. Not ok. Don't work here.
