Dakota Clinic Pharmacy at SU Drive is a pharmacy with a friendly and efficient staff that goes above and beyond. The team shows great empathy and makes customers feel welcome and never judged. Staff members greet people by name and get to know them. They are quick to fill medications, with waits often only five or ten minutes, and the pharmacy is consistently well-stocked despite wider drug shortages. The staff works hard to ensure medications are refilled without missed treatment days, notifying doctors when needed. Services like automatic refills, medication syncing, pill packing, and helpful call or text notifications for pick-up are appreciated. Many customers have used this pharmacy for years, highly recommend it, and plan to continue refilling there instead of using big box or big name pharmacies.
Superb customer service and very kind staff. I get a majority of my prescriptions here, and they’ve always been happy to answer questions over the phone or even in the drive-thru.
